Export documentation
Each export shipment is accompanied by the documents that the destination market and your order require.
Document types
Documents are issued per shipment and destination requirements.

Commercial invoice
Itemised invoice for the goods sold, used for customs clearance and payment.

Packing list
Lists the cartons, pallets and weights loaded in each container.

Certificate of origin
States the country of origin of the goods where the destination requires it.

Health certificate
Health documentation for the goods where the destination requires it.

Insurance certificate
Evidence of cargo insurance where insurance is part of the agreed terms, for example CIF.

Inspection certificate
Independent inspection report, available on request.

Veterinary health certificate
Veterinary documentation where the destination requires it.

Bill of lading
Transport document issued by the carrier for the shipment.

Halal certificate
Halal-related documentation, only where the destination requires it and the shipment qualifies.
This list describes document types only. Which documents apply is confirmed for each shipment, and nothing here states that a specific certificate is held.
Documents in the Partner Portal
Approved partners can sign in to the NAGT Partner Portal to download the documents that staff have released for their shipments.
